I am currently available for private lessons, either at my studio in Los Angeles, or via Skype or Zoom.

Since earning my bachelor’s degree in jazz studies at the USC Thornton School of Music, I’ve had the opportunity to instruct at UCLA, USC, as well participate in numerous jazz camps within the United States and in Europe.

I find teaching privately very rewarding and have been fortunate to have had excellent and renowned musicians to learn from, including Alan Broadbent, Cedar Walton, John Clayton and Jimmy Rowles.

I have enjoyed working with people of all ages and levels for over thirty years, and focus on basic technique, music theory, jazz harmony, voicings and improvisation."
